Director

Suzy is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in research and data analysis, having worked across both agency and client sides in the UK and Australia. With a CIM Diploma in Marketing and a BSc Hons in Management Science, she has built a distinguished career.

Suzy spent 14 years with Kantar Worldpanel, followed by two years at The Leading Edge, a Qual/Quant agency in Australia. She is also the Founder and Director of Craft Insight Limited. Suzy is an expert in Continuous market Data, working with major platforms like Circana, Worldpanel, Kantar, and Numerator, and is an expert in PowerBI and Tableau data visualisation platforms.

Her industry expertise spans Beauty and Personal Care, Healthcare & Local Government. Her wealth of knowledge and extensive experience makes her an invaluable asset in providing data-driven insights that drive business growth. Outside of work, she is competitive swimmer and is passionate about helping other people become more active.

Previously, Peter spent nine years at PRS IN VIVO, where he led qualitative teams across Europe, focusing on behaviour-driven research. A Unilever Gold Standard Accredited Moderator, Peter brings a strategic and insightful approach to every project.

ALISAN is led by Martin Fishpool, a Qualitative Field Director with over 30 years of market research experience. Supported by a network of independent professionals across the UK and internationally, he ensures expert project execution at every stage.

Specialising in market research project management, ALISAN handles studies from set-up to completion, including international-only management for multi-market projects. The company also provides qualitative research recruitment globally and partners with independent qualitative and quantitative research associates.

Director

Terry Crome has a diverse experience of digital and print media. With over 20 years of experience of creating and repositioning brands, his role is to ensure the seamless transition of a brand strategy through brand creation and onto brand experience and engagement.

Terry has undertaken projects for a broad range of clients including: The Royal Bank of Scotland, TNS, Royal College of Nursing, Mind, Alvis Vickers, Atkins Group, Tilfenland and Amey, General Osteopathic Councils, Greater London Authority & London Councils.
